I clicked Download, but a message popped up saying, “An error occurred while downloading the file. Please try again.” I tried again, but the same message popped up and the download didn’t work. Is there a solution?
Hi! I tested it with two different accounts with different permission levels, and it worked fine. There doesn’t seem to be any issue with the download itself. Try clearing your browser cache and then try again. If it still doesn’t work, it’s also worth trying a different browser. I tested it with Google Chrome and Firefox.
Is there a solution to the error “an error occured while trying to download this file”? Deleted browser cache but still no luck
